Gammezly is a free, browser-based HTML5 / WebGL gaming platform.
Games are available on desktop and mobile browsers.
Some features may require user registration.
Virtual points or rewards have no real-world monetary value.

4. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.
Parents or guardians are responsible for minors under their supervision.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
All activity performed under an account is the user’s responsibility.

7. Virtual Items and Points

Virtual items and points are for entertainment purposes only.
They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Virtual items may be modified or removed at any time.
All virtual items are permanently lost upon account deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Gammezly, including games, graphics, logos, code, and design, is the intellectual property of Gammezly or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The Service may include games or links provided by third parties. Gammezly is not responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
